Funny title for a post on a website about the Bible, huh? If you read my “About this site”, you will see that this blog is primarily intended for non-Christians, to convince them that the Bible is and always has been, the only real truth out there. My wife sent me a story (http://www.cnsnews.com/news/article/irs-agents-accidentally-discharged-guns-11-times-possible-injuries) about the I.R.S. accidentally discharging their firearms and injuring people with the question of “Why do they need guns?”.  Well, my reply became so long I decided it would be worthwhile to make it into a post, so here it is:

Because they are the face of tyranny…think about this – What does the IRS do? Collect “taxes”…but what are those “taxes” used for? To pay off debt, right? But, who OWNS the debt? The giant banks and investment firms…so we are not paying our “fair share” to the government to keep it running, no, that’s done by an open checkbook to the FEDERAL RESERVE that is made up of the biggest corporations. And, think about this, the FED does not “Ask” Congress if it can print more money, or stop printing money, it just DOES IT…so, we are not paying money for the government to run, we are simply paying the INTEREST CHARGED by the banks on the debt of the never-ending checkbook the government uses. That makes each and every living soul in our country a slave, forever, because the debt never decreases, only increases. Now, if the IRS were legitimate, and you had a problem with your tax return, they would work with you to resolve it, and collect any money they claimed you owed. But, they are not legitimate, because they work for, not the government, but the FED RESERVE (really the same money changers of the Sanhedrin from Jesus’ time of clearing the temple), and that is why they use FORCE, which is the only thing they use…from their great-great-great-great-great grandfather, NIMROD, who came through the line of CAIN, who was the first to entice people to come into a fortified city to enslave them.

And Cain knew his wife; and she conceived, and bare Enoch: and he builded a city, and called the name of the city, after the name of his son, Enoch.
— Genesis 4:17

So naturally Nimrod did the same:

And the beginning of his kingdom was Babel, and Erech, and Accad, and Calneh, in the land of Shinar. Out of that land went forth (i.e, he built) Asshur, and builded Nineveh, and the city Rehoboth, and Calah, And Resen between Nineveh and Calah: the same is a great city. (Genesis 10:11-14)

Here is a famous Christian, Matthew Henry, who made the following commentary on Nimrod::

Nimrod was a great man in his day; he began to be mighty in the earth, Those before him were content to be upon the same level with their neighbours, and though every man bare rule in his own house, yet no man pretended any further. Nimrod was resolved to lord it over his neighbours. The spirit of the giants before the flood, who became mighty men, and men of renown, Ge 6:4, revived in him. Nimrod was a great hunter*. Hunting then was the method of preventing the hurtful increase of wild beasts. This required great courage and address, and thus gave an opportunity for Nimrod to command others, and gradually attached a number of men to one leader. From such a beginning, it is likely, that Nimrod began to rule, and to force others to submit. He invaded his neighbours’ rights and properties, and persecuted innocent men; endeavouring to make all his own by force and violence. He carried on his oppressions and violence in defiance of God himself. Nimrod was a great ruler. Some way or other, by arts or arms, he got into power, and so founded a monarchy, which was the terror of the mighty, and bid fair to rule all the world. Nimrod was a great builder. Observe in Nimrod the nature of ambition. It is boundless; much would have more, and still cries, Give, give. It is restless; Nimrod, when he had four cities under his command, could not be content till he had four more. It is expensive; Nimrod will rather be at the charge of rearing cities, than not have the honour of ruling them. It is daring, and will stick at nothing. Nimrod’s name signifies rebellion; tyrants to men are rebels to God. The days are coming, when conquerors will no longer be spoken of with praise, as in man’s partial histories, but be branded with infamy, as in the impartial records of the Bible.

— Matthew Henry’s Concise Commentary

* Nimrod became a mighty hunter (according to esoteric tradition) in the following manner:  The animal skins (Leopard skins) God clothed Adam and Eve with were passed down through the line of Seth to Noah, who was to give them to Shem.  However, Ham (The grandfather of Nimrod) stole them and gave them to Nimrod, thus was Nimrod given the power to overcome animals and make them come under his control.  Nimrod was ultimately a “hunter of men” in that he either gathered them under his power as a mercenary Army, or brought them into the cities to control them.  This is where the role of him as a “great hunter” came from.

So, we see the beginning’s of tyranny – lusting for power, wanting control over all others, and never being satisfied with the amount of power they possess, ruled by ambition (once thought of as evil, now thought of as a virtue), Nimrod had the bloodline of the giants, and thus used “magic” (i.e., useless knowledge of the fallen angels) to gain his power. He was the first to worship fire (thus he became known as the solar god), the first mighty warrior (from which, I believe, the “mysterious” special forces of the world, including Hitler’s SS forces, gain their occultic status; i.e., the SS used the double lightning bolt, a symbol of Nimrod’s use of fire as a weapon), the first tyrant king, the first to build cities after the flood, and the source of all false gods, all the way down to our present “god”, Obama.

This is why, no matter which political faction gets into power, even though they appear to be dogmatically opposed to what the previous party did, they will not change anything of significance:

a. The taxes will not decrease, only be hidden from view (i.e., Republican’s selling bonds to China to fund the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan).
b. No resolution will ever be passed to ban abortion.
c. Wars and rumours of wars will be the same; the party out of power may decry it, but once they are in office, they will do the same.
d. Control over the population is the ultimate game. We are not their bosses, and they are not our servants. We are slaves.
e. Though they may appear as virtuous, they in reality are whited sepulchures, full of dead men’s bones. There is no evil under the sun, too offensive for them to commit.

But this is not new.  There is nothing done today, that did not have it’s beginning in Nimrod.  The sin is believing the lie:
1 Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him,

2 That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand.

3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;

4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.

5 Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things?

6 And now ye know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time.

7 For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way.

8 And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:

9 Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,

10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.

11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:

12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

— 2nd Thessalonians, Chapter 2

And of course, all the while, we are convinced that we are the land of the free and home of the brave….but a few famous men had a few good words of advice on that:

“None are more hopelessly enslaved than those who falsely believe they are free.”

— Johann Wolfgang von Goethe

They are all gone out of the way, they are together become unprofitable; there is none that doeth good, no, not one.
Paul, in Romans 3:12

For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.”
— 1st Thessalonian 5-3

So, as a Christian, we know that we owe our ultimate allegiance to God, and anything that divides that is not to be followed…not tradition, patriotism, “good Americanism” (like “Good Germans), or devotion to groups, parties, or movements…because power corrupts, absolute power corrupts absolutely.
